15号新注册的namecheap，域名注册完第二天收到一封邮件(我平时根本查看邮箱的习惯，等我发现已经是三天后了，于是悲剧发生了。

- a color photo quality copy of the credit card used for the payment (front and back, eight middle digits must be blacked out as well as cardholder security code on the back);

We apologize for any inconveniences that may result from this process. This extra verification is done for your security and to ensure that orders are legitimate. 大概意思是要验证信用卡，上传本人照片，信用卡照片，和真实电话号码。
(虽然我是没看到邮件才发生下面的事情，但就算看到了有几个人愿意把自己的全部真实信息交给他们去验证的？我不是冲什么1美元去注册的，他们家很多域名比狗爹贵多了，只是看中他们家whois的隐私保护而已。)

过了24小时后，很粗暴地又发了一封邮件
Hello,
Since we did not receive any response from you to our verification email within the required time, we were forced to cancel your orders.
If you believe that this is a misunderstanding you may still get your account verified by providing us with the details requested in our verification email.
信用卡的钱已经被他们扣掉了，然后24小时内直接删域名，封账号。
无耻到这种程度，全球估计也仅此一家了。
发邮件，发ticket，还没有回复(现在是北美凌晨), 域名被删，
以前一直在万网注册的，这是第一次在国外注册，没什么经验，扣掉的钱还能要回来吗？
