Therefore we changed our policy temporarily to not accept users from outside of Japan. Once we decided the account was created by those users, then the account will be stopped shortly in accordance with our policy.
If your credit card was charged 10,000JPY from us, that is just for the credit authorization and will not be charged. The actual credit card payment will be occurred on the first day of next month if you started using our service.
