buyvm的kvm只给credit不给退款

刚才至少卖了60-70个kvm，只给开了少量，就算10个，还有50+没开，如果全到paypal开争议退款，说他们卖没有货的东西而且根本没有具体补货时间，他家的paypal账户会瞬间被封啊……

Due to an error with our billing software KVM products were stocked instead of OpenVZ products, as a result we are unable to provision your order. If you wish we can either provide you with an OpenVZ based product or offer a credit for your service that can be used to purchase a KVM product once stock becomes available.

要求不高，给换个OpenVZ 15刀就行了
